# How do I turn off Evergreen retweets?

To turn off evergreen retweets, you can either **(1)** remove all your evergreen tweets or **(2)** remove all your Evergreen slots and turn off **Empty slots act as evergreen slots** from your Settings page.

# First Method

Head to your **Evergreen Post** page.

Click on the star icon to remove from your evergreen list.

# Second Method

Go to your **Settings** page.

Scroll down to your **Posting Schedule** and remove any evergreen slot by clicking on it.

Check the **Empty slots act as evergeen slots** feature and turn it off.
