# Why do my tweets fail with Unauthorized error message?

The usual reason on why tweets failed with **Unauthorized** error message, is because the Twitter authorization was expired or revoked. To fix this, the user has to log off Hypefury and then log back on again with the Twitter account.

# Additional Steps

If logging off and back on again fails, then as additional step, you can clear your cache to remove any expired credentials before logging back in to Hypefury again.

1. On your computer, open Chrome.

2. At the top right, click More (vertical ellipsis).

3. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.

4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

6. Click Clear data.
