The main way to get in touch with us is to chat with our success team through the in-app chat. You'll see the chat icon on the bottom right of your screen when inside the app. And it shows up on mobile, too.

When you open a chat window with us, you can start typing straight away and ask us a question or give some feedback. We aim to reply to everyone as fast as we can (at the time of writing: our median response time is less than 10 minutes!).

What's more, you'll find extra options at the top of the chat to access this Helpdesk and search straight away to find an answer to your questions. You'll also see the multiple options you have to chat with us.
