We'd hate to see you leave Hypefury! If there's something we can do to keep you with us, drop us a message in chat and tell us. We're all ears.

If we still can't persuade you, then ending your subscription is easy:

Log in to your Hypefury account

Open the Billing page from the sidebar

You should see your currently active subscription, your billing information, and all paid invoices.

If you would like to proceed with the cancellation, click Cancel Subscription

Hypefury offers you a way to pause your subscription instead of cancelling it. To do that, just choose how many months you'd like to pause it, and click on Pause Subscription.

If you would rather cancel completely, click on Decline Offer. You will be taken to the next page where you can enter your cancellation reason, when you're done, click Next.

On the next page, please enter your feedback of Hypefury as detailed as possible. We use this feedback in making the app better and our users happy, so we will appreciate if you can take the time to fill it up.

When you're sure to cancel, just click Confirm & Cancel on the last page, and that's it.

Ending your subscription with us sets it to cancel at the end of the current billing period. So if you've already paid for a cycle, it will only end once the cycle is over.
