Can I request a refund?

We offer a 7-day trial period so you can test the app before paying for a subscription, however, we know mistakes can happen so here's our refund policy.

Monthly subscriptions



You can request a refund within 48 hours of making the payment.
After that, you can cancel the subscription to avoid new charges and the subscription will remain active until the end of the period.

Yearly subscriptions



For annual subscriptions, we can issue a full refund if you request it within 14 days of making the payment.

After that, if you request the refund during the first 3 months, we'll have to deduct 3 months at the monthly rate and refund you the rest. The subscription will remain active until the end of the 3rd month.

If you request a refund after the first 3 months, we'll deduct the used months at the monthly rate and refund you the remaining balance.
