Problems connecting your Instagram account
Are you facing any issues connecting your Instagram account? Is your Instagram account not showing up on the pop-up window? Let's try to solve this by addressing some common issues.
Check if the Instagram account is properly set as a Business account.
Go to Instagram and click on More **> **Settings
On the Settings page, click on Professional Account. If the account is set as Creator or something went wrong when you set it as a Business account, you will see the option to Switch to Business account.
Click on Switch to business account and then click on Switch in the pop-up.
Your Instagram Settings should look like this once the Instagram account is properly set as a Business account.
Check the connection between the Instagram account and the Facebook page
Go to Facebook and click on the profile picture in the upper right > See all profiles
You'll see a list of your pages and Facebook accounts, select the Facebook Page you want to connect to the Instagram account.
Once you switched to the Facebook page, click on the profile picture in the upper right corner again and click on Settings and Privacy > Settings
On the Settings page, click on Linked Accounts
If you have to connect your Instagram account to the Facebook page, you will see something like this:
Click on Connect Account and follow the steps to connect the Instagram account to the Facebook page.
Once your Instagram account is properly connected to the Facebook page, you should see it on the Linked Accounts page.
Try to link your Instagram account to Hypefury again following the steps from this article
If the account is still not connecting, please try to remove Hypefury from the Connected Apps on Facebook and try again.
You can check that on the Facebook Settings and Privacy > Settings > Business integrations
